I have been at the Belgian coast with my parents and sister over the weekend. While you might need to get used to the cities (many towers at the coast, motley architectural styles), the dunes and nature in general look great.

Here are some pictures I took… They are areavailable under the Creative Commons 3.0 Attribution-ShareAlike (by-sa) License:

Since I deprecated ExifSort you might wonder how to sort your pictures now. I use the following commands (the first rotates the images according to the exif information and the second sorts them):

exifautotran *
exiftool "-FileName<CreateDate" -d "%Y_%m_%d/%H_%M_%S.%%e" *

My New Year's resolution for 2010 is to keep updating this website on a somewhat regular base.

I have decided to make this website a place where I can collect useful scripts, small programs and ideas and where I can share my thoughts in this blog.

During the next days I will rework my articles about GoogleMapsDownloader and ExifSort.

Happy new year!
